Rain has not dampered the Senatorial candidate's energy as Joe Sestak
said he's thrilled Election Day has arrived.
"We have no regrets," he said. "People have lost trust. It's about
jobs they've lost."
He was optimistic about the day.
"It really is time for a new approach," Sestak said.
